My wife, Deb and my son Luke and I founded our concrete lifting company in 2017 and two years later, my son Seth joined the family business. Although we each brought a diverse blend of skills and experience to the table, we all share the same vision: we want to be the type of contractor people could trust. The type of contractor they’d recommend to their own family. When we chose a name for our business, we wanted it to reflect our values of hard work, honesty and transparency. We chose the phrase, “On the Level,” not only because it refers to levelled concrete, but because it also means “honest, fair and true.”–
