We had a great experience with OTL, while they did a poly lift of our sidewalk and driveway, and completely replaced our concrete garage floor. We were really pleased to be able to get all of that varied work done through one company. Grant was friendly, honest and patient in the quoting process, fielding lots of questions and providing good clear explanations. The lift crew (Luke and Ian) was competent, careful and efficient, and were similarly great with info and explanations. Jobran and the concrete crew were competent and overcame various challenges with our particular job. At one point we declined a cost element they had recommended but they ended up adding it in at their own expense anyway because they wanted to do a high-quality job regardless. Grant came and gave us a quote, walked us through our options and was extremely personable and professional. Luke and Seth came out to do the work - they were on time (early actually) and extremely thorough. I was blown away by the result - way better then I imagined. They were awesome to chat with while they worked and they are very good at what they do. All across the board this family run business is top notch, from quote to clean up.
